The Laboratory

This mini series which is based on a FICTIONAL viral/biological pandemic was delayed by the very REAL pandemic in 2021 because a couple of actors and crew either contracted Covid19 or were affected by those who did. In Singapore, in 2021, companies were closed off to employees, and had to undergo deep cleaning, if an employee was found to be infected by the Covid19 virus.

Also, if a person went to the doctors' for upper respiratory issues, they were given mandatory orders to stay at home whilst their PCR tests were being analysed. This was how it was in 2021, when the series was being shot and edited. Hence there were delays in the premier of this mini series due to such circumstances and situations of creating shows during the pandemic.
