House Hunters Part 1

HOUSE HUNTERS is a dramatic series from Girlfriends films that hit the road running with a great first episode. The word "LESBIAN" was later inserted in the title with Part 2 to identify the brand.

Premise is lesbian predators, not criminals but rather sex-seekers who work as realty brokers in Thornhill and prey sexually on their customers. In porn, this means a great time is had by all, not a question of "forced sex".

First she-devil is Ariella Ferrera, with a very lengthy set-up in the first vignette as she is genuinely sympathetic to abused wife Tanya Tate, planning to split from her husband and put up their home for sale. It's a bit tough to buy Tanya as a weakling, but her acting with heavy Liverpudlian accent carries the concept, and soon Ariella is humping her up in the bedroom. There we see Tate's true colors, giving as good as she gets in the licking, fingering and tribbing departments, with convincing multiple orgasms by both.

Second vignette got industry award attention, deservedly for a rather far-out sort of rape fantasy. Looking quite underage in this incarnation, Chastity Lynn is the home alone daughter showing realtors India Summer and Dana DeArmond around mom's house which they hope to list on the market.

Both mature superstars are acting quite suspiciously, with extraneous sarcasm towards the teen, and when they find her closet upstairs empty of clothing and strap-on-dildos on the premises, they put Chastity on the spot. She's consistently submissive throughout the tour and conversation, and soon is being humped by both women simultaneously in an extended, arousing scene notable for Dana's anal sex with the girl.

Third vignette picks up right where we left off, as Chastity's step-mom Brenda James comes home and both women in lingerie have a comfortable, very sympathetic incest session. It plays as incest because the whole "step-" thing is mere lip-service to censors and not the way these scenes actually unfold on screen.

Finale heads in a different direction, as this series is just launched and open- ended (i.e., it's not limited to the antics of Dana and India). Prinzzess is cast against type looking more official than usual as a broker who visits relatively unknown actress Ryan Keely's home. Ryan is underwater on her mortgage to the tune of about $40,000 and P agrees to go to bat with her at the bank to get a refinancing from 7-1/2% interest down to a manageable 4%. In return, her fee will be waived but sex is P's reward.

As Prinzzess says: "We work free for special friends" and "I get lonely sometimes". This is a highly sensual scene, especially as Ryan gradually warms up to the situation. I was impressed with RK's look -she resembles Julie Newmar and became a Girlfriends regular.
