New Normal

One of the greatest horror anthology movies of all time. Such a beautiful, sad and a little scary horror.movie. No gore and a huge amount of blood needed. Unfortunately it showed a true form of horror that is very scary.

The cool thing about the stories Is how they connect to each other. All done by ONE director. Korean movies and shows tend to have awesome plot twists and this movie definitely did.

It also has a great soundtrack. Perfect use of the 2001: Space Odyssey theme song.

My favorite part was the end credits. It's what all Korean movies should do. Seeing the main actors names with a caption of them is awesome.

The movie is so much fun.

It's thrilling, too.

I fell in love with this movie.

Also, the actors' acting is good.

Actors Choi Ji-woo, Choi Min-ho, Jung Dong-won, Pyo Ji-hoon, Ha Da-in, and Jung Dong-won all had very attractive characters and stories.

It's unique and fun

Director Jung Bum-sik's directing is the best.

I was happy to see such a good movie at the festival.

I got your back.

I met another good work in Korea.

The response was good at the theater.

The message is also clear.

Even if it's not a happy ending, the fun is clear.

I came as an actor's fan and became a movie fan.

It's watchable but nothing else, i can't even say it's good for recommendation. Zero creativity and originality (except the last segment). It's like they watched a lot of anthology horror/comedy horror movies, maybe THE BLACK MIRROR too or something like that, and they made a copy of them.

So, it's uninspired and predictable as hell. But that doesn't mean it's bad. It's entertaining, nice pace, i wasn't bored at all. I didn't hate acting and i had some fun, even though it was deeply flawed. I can say safely that it's getting kinda better as it's unfolding. I mean, after those terribly predictable first segments, the following are somewhat better. And the last segment was the best, by far. I liked that it tried to wrap it up. It didn't succeed at this but overall, it was enjoyable and the lead actress was very good.

Overall, by no means this is a MUST WATCH. But diehard fans of this genre will probably be less rigorous than me.

The unbalanced division of chapters or parts may be very noticeable. All parts appear quickly and without being complicated. Our tension and thoughts will be hypnotized by the question "is this the murderer or the victim".

With a city setting, it shows how each character faces unexpected situations. From romance, friendship, to work. Even until the end we are still thinking and guessing the motives and all the beginnings The different perspectives of each character make the way we see the plot of each chapter different. Mixed feelings, confusion and curiosity are the things that stand out the most when watching this film, even until the last second.
