After a four-year hiatus, Srikant Tiwari storms back into our lives with the intensity we've missed. 8.5/10
Ep 1 hits the ground sprinting - mercifully, we're thrust directly into the Nagaland conflict instead of watching our hero bumble around tech offices like Season 2's sluggish opener. This is a vastly stronger start.
Bajpayee remains the beating heart, delivering that perfect blend of world-weary competence and domestic chaos. The personal loss he suffers at the end adds genuine emotional stakes that elevate this beyond standard spy fare. Gul Panag makes a welcome return, adding depth to the ensemble, while Jaideep Ahlawat's introduction as Rukma has me genuinely excited... finally, a villain with the gravitas to match Bajpayee's intensity.
Raj & DK haven't lost their touch for grounded storytelling. The Northeast conflict feels authentic, and the political machinations crackle with contemporary relevance. Pacing occasionally lags establishing new players, but this opener successfully resets the board for what promises to be the franchise's darkest chapter yet.
Welcome back, Tiwari. India needs you again... and this time, it's personal for all of us.
