The film translates all this with great ease thanks to Meissa's direction and her team's skill. The reason the film is so engaging is because it's so well conceived and executed. A Social Cure fires on all cylinders. The music, the editing, the sound design, the graphics - virtually every technical aspect of presentation works for the film, almost unnoticeably.

It's a well-made documentary about an overlooked issue in a part of the world that's often ignored.
