Freddy's Fridays

Look, people don't have to like the Five Nights at Freddy's movie, but good god, this movie doesn't try to hide it. Like, after this train wreck, people need to apologize to the Five Nights at Freddy's movie.

Movies like The Banana Splits Movie and Willy's Wonderland, at least tries to do SOMETHING unique with their movies and helps them stand out, but Freddy's Fridays does nothing engaging to even stand out from the rest.

But hey, when you got the people behind "Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey" on this, it's best to make sure you have ZERO expectations. They don't even bother trying to change the poster and the name of the mascot! So do you REALLY expect this company to try and think outside of the box?

At least the Five Nights at Freddy's movie has incredible practical effects and animatronics, likable characters, cool settings, and it at least tried! Yes, the movie has it's flaws, but you can't say that there is no effort or passion in the FNAF movie. If they didn't care, they easily could gone the "Blood and Honey" route and got garbage Freddy Fazbear masks, and called it a day. But that's not what they did now, is it?

So while I appreciate projects like The Banana Splits Movie, Willy's Wonderland, The Hug, etc. For at least trying with their movies, Freddy's Fridays is a Five Nights at Freddy's ripoff that's best for everyone, to be forgotten.

This movie was a waste of my time, and I'll regret losing the time for the rest of my life. The horror aspect was overshadowed by the extended talking scenes, that had no true development of characters or even any bearing on the plot. I'd hoped that it would redeem itself through the characters or through scenery at the very least, but it truly was a low budget rip-off.

I am usually able to force myself through movies that I don't particularly enjoy, but I had to truly force myself for this one, and I regret it. The fight scene(read scene in quotations) made me laugh. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone at all, not even as a joke.

• This film suffers a bit from poor acting....
• Suffers a bit more from bad casting (I mean the "tough" captain's voice could NOT be less intimidating - like listening to a 5 year old yell at you... and it's your boss.)
• It suffers more from REALLY bad CGI blood effects... spirt, spirt.. not more spirts~!!

• It is ruined entirely by bad Directing.

It really the Direction that ruin this on the whole. The scene blocking is just really poor much of the time. I could toleration the mediocre acting and the bad CGI if the Direction was better. Most of the time you get the sense that you're just standing in the wrong place to see what's going on. Or conversations are filmed from WAY too close up. Seems VERY amateur.

Wasn't scary.. stupid story.. won't ever tolerate it again.

I love horror movies and I think there are many underrated movies that why I wanted to give this a try especially with the recent release of five nights and Freddys.

The movie follows a many trying to make a deal with a demon for untold riches. To give this they need to sacrifice a soul every Friday for 8 weeks. There is not much explained in the movie about Freddy, the book used to summon him or even why it has to be in a Friday so I was left with more questions than answers.

I also don't really see the connection between Freddy and the gang. Freddy looks alittle like an animatronic with glowing eye hidden behind a mask. However, the others are a clown and scarecrow. They just don't seem to fit together well and it really takes away from the movie.

Another thing I really struggled to ignore was the outfit designs. Some of the characters looks scary but this was broken with the bright white trainers and knee high socks.

Also the ending didn't seem to go anywhere either. They found a solution in how to deal with Freddy and put and end to what is happening but even with this information decided not to act upon it leaving Freddy to come back yet again.

I At the end I felt disappointed and like I had wasted my time. It's sad because it had potential to be a decent movie.

I got sucked in by the title. It took a couple of seconds to realise I wasn't watching Five Nights at Freddy's but a low budget rip off.

Where to start with this steam pile of dog do do... the acting is sub par, the script is terrible, even the lighting is bad. The 'monsters' looked cheap.

I found nothing enjoyable in this movie.

I was in agony watching this and turned it off after twenty minutes. I wonder where the budget for this trash comes from.

Don't even watch this with friends as a laugh.

The people who gave this a ten are obviously involved with this blight on humanity parading as a movie.

Please stay away, I beg you, for your own good.
