The TRIO of FAY MORINGSTAR - Katherine, JANET - Quynh, and HEATHER - Bianca were dressed representing the primary colours. RED - FAY, BLUE - JANET and YELLOW - HEATHER, as per the director's request. As he had done some reading on colour theory, as far as symbolism, power colours, and felt these colours would help towards their individual character development. Also each of the character names is specific to a classic horror film actress. In addition each were given the zodiac sign of their character FAY - ARIES, JANET - AQUARIUS and HEATHER - GEMINI, as shorthand for character traits.
