A Merry Royal Christmas

My wife and I both agree it was a very charming movie! We thoroughly enjoy the good acting, plot development, gorgeous royal palace, snowy Christmas scenery of the castle and town gets you in the mood for the holidays for sure! The beautiful wardrobe of costumes, as good as any other of the same genre if not a bit better! I couldn't help but think of tge similarity of Price Harry and Megan Markle in England and how they overcame th e interference in their romance, to find true love! We highly recommend you watch it and see for yourself it is well worth seeing! P. S. Kathryn Davis and Riley Neldam have great talent as up and coming big stars as they have genuine character and believable personalities that come across as two people from different worlds can fall in love! We think this deserves 10 stars!

Just in time for the Christmas season, this movie featured engaging main characters, a feisty young girl and way too many royal traditions. One of those traditions is for all marriages in the royal family to take place on Christmas. A week before the event and the American wedding planner finds herself planning a wedding to take place in a weeks time along with various events that were honestly just pretty ridiculous-fencing in the church between the prince and the fiance to the crown princess-just one of a few. And once the princess marries a commoner, she must step down and her brother must take her spot. So all that is involved too which is important when the prince really likes the wedding planner. It was cute and maybe a bit better as far as good main characters than some of the many other Christmas romances that exist. Not a bad way to spend an evening as long as you aren't expecting an Oscar nominated movie.

I love a holiday romance, I thrive on proper hallmark movies...but this is painful. The acting is unbelievably bad, it seems more like a YouTube web series than a fully produced movie. I wanted to like it, I really did but within 5 mins I was trying hard to persevere and not turn it off.

The cringe factor was up there. I only rate it 3 stars because I do love a prince and all the holiday decorations. The storyline has potential but it very underdeveloped.

Even some of the cinematography was off, a part at the beginning looked like the camera was not even in the right location for the shot and is not convincing staged.

The reviews for this movie are too harsh, in my opinion. The movie was not that bad at all. The problem is that people have forgotten the original purpose of movies. They are a means to escape reality for a few hours not reflect real life and this movie, to me, was an escape. I thought Felicity and Prince Vincent had great chemistry but I can't say the same for Princess Juliet & George. I also loved the way Vincent treated Junie. I am so glad that the king and queen came to their senses. Some traditions are made to be broken. I am glad that I took the time to watch this film because it was lovely.

Just dont watch it. I skipped to the end after watching half of it, even that was a disappointment. The sound is so bad it feels like its dubbed. The acting is so bad its almost a B movie. The main character almost saves it, but not quite. The daughter is perky, the leading man is a serious dud. The castle is cool, and the filming is sort of OK. I guess it might be worth it for some of the scenery if you just ignore all the bad acting. I got sucked into another christmas romance that could have been good if they added some comedy or paid actors who could act. I really need to be more selective.
