Blurred Lines

This is without a doubt one of the best movies I have seen in a long time. Blurred Lines weaves the difficult topic of unsure consent and trust with scenarios of friendship and partying that I think most people have experienced, making the movie extremely relatable yet unfamiliar.

This is a movie to make you laugh, to make you cry, to make you cheer, to make you sob. It's difficult to portray consent in a way that takes it as seriously as it should be, while still managing to make an enjoyable and re-watchable film, and Blurred Lines has managed to do just that. If I had to recommend one movie to anyone to watch this year, Blurred Lines would be it.

This film truly had me going through a rollercoaster of emotions. I laughed, I cried and overall I was furious. From the very start the characters captured my attention and through incredible story telling and inspiring performances from the cast I couldn't look away for a second. The attention to detail blew me away. When dealing with the subject of consent which plays a part in all of our lives, it was clear the responsibility to make it feel real was important to all involved. Full of unexpected developments, it is a fresh take on something already covered heavily by the media. I highly recommend it as a watch for people of all ages as there's an abundance to reflect on and make us question ourselves and our assumptions on a deeper level.

Amazing story, amazing concept and an exceptionally important message in consent. Something everyone should watch, incredible, incredible, incredible. The acting, the scenery, the message is so important for everyone. Such an important message, Siobhan and mark really did an absolute showstopper. Captivating from the start and something that should be showed in schools, colleges, youth reaches, etcetera. Especially in this day and age, extremely important and something everyone should watch. Something 10000% should be thought about and use to better society. Will be recommending to everyone I can from now until the end of time.

"Blurred Lines" is an absolute capturing movie depicting today's problematic with consent. Actors are amazing and showing emotional depth, and storyline makes you guess until the last scene what actually happened. Loads of plot twists makes you guess throughout the movie and constantly surprise you.

Characters are complex and diverse. Haven't seen such a capturing movie in a long time.

If you like watching controversial topics and movie you can discuss afterwards, this one is definitely for you.

Can't wait to rewatch it and share it with my husband who didn't get the chance to watch it first time around!

I thoroughly enjoyed blurred lines and was moved to tears by its relatable storyline and characters. The actress Siobhan Aislinn gives an incredible performance and takes us on a journey in her role of Chris, as a woman I can't help but relate to her struggles.

The topic of consent is so well presented as a theme. Its clever, thought provoking and urges us to discuss this hard topic with our own friends and family.

This script is so well written and as well as bringing out the viewer's emotional side, it also makes us laugh and has comedic elements to it.

I highly recommend this film to all!
