The Siccîn series is one of the most terrifying Turkish horror franchises, and Siccîn 7 continues this legacy with an even darker and more intense storyline. Directed by Alper Mestçi, the film delves into themes of black magic, demonic possession, and the consequences of forbidden rituals, all deeply rooted in Islamic mysticism.

The story follows a family plagued by supernatural events after becoming entangled in a sinister curse. As the film progresses, disturbing secrets come to light, leading to terrifying encounters with vengeful spirits and demonic entities. The movie expertly builds suspense through eerie cinematography, unsettling sound design, and horrifying visual effects.

One of the film's strongest aspects is its ability to create a suffocating atmosphere, making viewers feel the characters' fear and helplessness. The performances, particularly from the lead actors, add to the film's authenticity, as they convincingly portray sheer terror. However, Siccîn 7 relies heavily on jump scares, which, while effective, might feel repetitive for some viewers.

Overall, Siccîn 7 is a solid entry in the franchise, offering a chilling experience for fans of supernatural horror. Its blend of psychological terror, folklore, and nightmarish imagery makes it a must-watch for horror enthusiasts.

The storyline wasn't surprising compared to the rest of the Siccin series. I'd be lying if I said it had an extraordinary plot. Once again, we saw the character Orhan in this film, and his story was connected to the previous movies. I think he was the key point of the whole movie. From the very beginning, the Siccin series has relied on the character of Orhan. Especially his scenes were really impressive. I can honestly say Adnan Koç was born for this role. His performance was outstanding...

Now, let's talk about the plot. To me, it wasn't something that would make you go "wow." There were some unfamiliar faces in the leading roles. The character Kemal was portrayed quite well, in my opinion. The acting was overall decent. It felt like the movie was telling a true story. Of course, these kinds of things are common in horror movies. They often claim it's based on true events just to grab attention, but I believe this film was also designed to seem realistic. The jumpscare timing was pretty good. There were definitely moments that startled me...

What really caught my attention was the lack of quality in the makeup. Compared to the other films, the makeup effects felt weaker. I can't complain about the set design, but the prosthetic makeup was disappointing... The music, on the other hand, was great as usual. Besides the script and makeup, nothing else really bothered me. Overall, it was a movie where religious themes and realism were at the forefront. Orhan's performance in the final scene was great again. The whole film felt a bit plain to me. I was expecting something different, especially for the 10th anniversary of the Siccin series. The scripts are starting to feel repetitive. This series really needs something fresh. When it comes to visuals and effects, these films never compromise on quality, but unfortunately, I can't say the same about the writing. The stories need serious improvement.

Overall, this was a movie below the usual standards of the Siccin series...

Literally without any spoilers, it is a very predictable movie where you expect the events before they happen and this spoils the horror in the movie. Anyway, I would recommend not watching it and watching something fun instead. Because some of the previous parts were a little bit enjoyable, but this part I consider it the worst movie I have seen in my life, without any discussion. That's why I don't recommend it at all, to the point that I recommended the movie to a friend of mine before I watched it, but after I watched it, I told my friend not to watch this movie, that it's not worth wasting time.

I think movie is bad or meh but Ceyda Ceren Edis is very beautiful actress. I was going to give it 3 points, but I give it 4 because of the character of Serap. I followed the character Serap on Instagram and will follow her closely from now on. Kocaeli is at university, my other lover is also at university in Kocaeli, so it would be easy for us to meet. There were too many jumpscare scenes, which bothered me a bit because this choice reduced the quality of the movie. The character of Meral is very bad, I wanted to kill her, I wish she had died immediately, I would have been very happy, it felt very good to watch it in the cinema, I wasn't very scared, but the atmosphere was good.

In my opinion, it was really nice that they added the ritual events and mafia events, unlike the other movies in the series. Maybe it wasn't very scary, but I liked the way the events were told. Alper Mestçi made a great movie as usual :) I hope there will be a new movie in this series. It was fun for me and my parents to watch. There is nothing more to say, I hope everyone who watches it likes it. I am not used to writing reviews, so I don't know what else to write. I just want to support Alper Mestçi :) I hope they will use a different narrative in the next movie like this one. In my opinion, it is great that the events in the movie are based on real life.
