Phooli

When I saw the film, I find it slow and was little disappointed but later I realised that this film is made for everyone, all age group and even children and that's how the pace of the film is slow that helps all and everyone understand the film well. The film showcases the story of a motherless girl ' Phooli' who is trying her best to make it to the school after her house chore and work that has been assigned to her by her alcoholic dad. She throughout the film makes us question so many things and the privilege we are having. Phooli's story inspired us and all credit goes to the writer and director who understand the life on the mountains very well. How the Jadugar makes Phooli realise that her dad is also a good human being and all he needs is some respect, recognition and some money but in absence of all these, he is sad.

My favourite scene is where the disable guy who get his pension from govt. Help Phooli her school fees when her father denied. He offers everything he could while he himself has very less. That is incredible scene and this one is incredible film that everyone should watch.
