One of the best Singaporean movie I watched! This was an emotional rollercoaster! I laughed through the first three-quarters of the movie, but in the last quarter, the tears came pouring out as if someone had just cut an onion right next to me. This movie delves into themes of love, family, religion, and rejection. The culture shock depicted between Holland and Singapore is hilarious. In our multicultural world, it is so important to make movies like this to reflect on the impact of close relationships and what it means to live in a country united as one people, regardless of race, language, or religion.
