The Dirt Under Your Nails

The conclusion of Arcane Season Two, Episode Nine, marks the end of not just a season, but an extraordinary journey. The third chapter of this season has now come to a close, and all I can say is thank you. Thank you to Netflix, and thank you to the creators for delivering a masterpiece unparalleled in its brilliance.

This series is unlike anything I've ever seen. It's hard to imagine we'll witness something of this caliber again in our lifetimes. The depth of the characters, the intricacy of the storytelling, and the sheer quality of the animation are all top-tier. While every genre and medium has its share of masterpieces, Arcane stands as a beacon of excellence, transcending boundaries and redefining expectations for what a series can achieve.

The final chapter manages the seemingly impossible: weaving together an incredibly complex story with grace and impact. There were moments during the second season when the pacing left me wondering whether it was even possible to tie up so many threads, but the creators delivered. They proved it could be done, and the result is nothing short of breathtaking.

I was left speechless. This series moved me to tears and kept me on the edge of my seat like few others ever have. It's touching, gripping, and utterly masterful. Arcane isn't just a show - it's an unforgettable experience.

Arcane could genuinely be the best TV series ever made. This episode enhances everything about the story to the point where I might have to start rewatching this whole show tomorrow. This episode is a clearly a masterpiece and potentially even peak fiction. It's rare for an ending to be truly great and even more rare for an ending to enhance the IP even half as much as this ending. This could legitimately be the best ending of any TV show of all time and it absolutely solidifies the series as a timeless classic. The $250mil budget was felt here. Every character from Jinx to Ambessa to Jayce to Vi got an extremely satisfying conclusion. I'm going to be thinking about this show for decade, it's rare for a gem like this to exist.

The first thing that came to my mind after this unbelievable amazing series ended, was pure sad and emptiness.

One of the best TV series ever, and by far the best animated series that was produced.

So many parallel interesting storylines and top of the art characters that we should see all episodes again just to grasp everything emotionally.

Above everything, it's a "simple" sacrifice love story between two people (you can choose which one).

In the heart of this story there're two sisters, that can fill tragic scene for 50 different romantic movies.

Without spoilers, I would just add that this was ment to end this way, after episode 3 in 2021. No other finale would've suite this perfection script.

Once in decade series, and we were blessed to see it in live....

what we are going to do now?!

You cant deny how great this season has been, delivering explosive well animated action, great character arcs, twist and turns and emotionsl moments that could rip you apart and put you back together within just one episode!

The finale had som high Hopes to live up to, and while it delivered on some aspects, I think it felt flat on others! This is by no means a trainwreck ending, there are just some things that felt a bit to rushed and unclear!

The character i think were handled perfectly to the end was Echo! He went out of his way to put everyone else before himself and solidefied himself as The Boy Savior! The arcs of Jayce and Victor were great too and truely shows how rveryone is the Hero of their own story!

While I loved Jinx and Vi this season, I think their arcs and relationship were better in season one!

Animation and action was PEAK as you would expect!

My biggest issue was how rushed it felt at the end! The creators wraped up everything a bit to fast in my opinion, leaving things to open and unclear, ultimately leaving you feeling that something is missing... maybe just 5 extra minuttes!

I can't just call this show a series. It's a work of art that we know is made by people who really love their job, with its songs, visuals and story that you can have a completely unique experience. It's an art that never lets down expectations and will make your 5 senses experience a feast. The series has received full marks from me since the first season, both for its storytelling, its emotional construction and perfect action scenes when necessary. I'm sure we'll see the story continue in different series. But Arcane is a work of art in itself and I haven't seen anything like it in a long time!
