It's Christmas movie time! My wife suggested we watch A VERY JONAS CHRISTMAS MOVIE, and you know that I'm a... Sucker... for the Jonas Brothers. So I was pumped!

I love watching Christmas movies with the family, and honestly, they don't even need to be good. But A VERY JONAS CHRISTMAS MOVIE was actually really solid.

We follow the Jonas Brothers as they try to get home to their families. It's your classic "gotta make it back for Christmas but everything goes wrong" setup. At the same time, it's about reconnecting with your brothers-even when you're always around each other. Nothing too deep, but it fits the holiday vibe perfectly.

It ended up being actually quite funny. I was laughing the whole time with a big smile on my face. The cast works, the Jonas Brothers are super believable as, well, themselves, and it's awesome that their real family gets in on it too.

And of course, because it's the Jonas Brothers, you're getting music. Yep, it's a musical! The numbers fit right in and add a ton of fun. Not all of them are Christmas songs, but it doesn't really matter. They're entertaining and fun.

All in all, I had a great time with this one. It's an easy watch, super accessible on Disney+, and definitely worth checking out.

If you follow the Jonas Brothers, you already know their personalities, or at least the parts they choose to share with us. This movie leans into that in the best way, and honestly, it feels like it heals the old scars left from their breakup. There's something really comforting about seeing them together, laughing, leaning into the chaos and the warmth that made people fall for them in the first place.

This isn't a movie that's going to win an Oscar, but it's not meant to. It serves its purpose. It's a love letter to the fans and a genuinely fun Christmas movie you can watch with the family. It doesn't pretend to be anything bigger and that's exactly why it works.

The cast is stacked too. KJ Apa and Billie Lourd absolutely steal the show every time they're on screen. The whole thing has more heart than you'd expect, and it never takes itself too seriously.

This has been the year of a Jonas and I'm completely here for it. As a Jonas fan, it's an easy 10/10. For everyone else, call it a solid 6/10 on the Christmas movie scale. Light, funny, sweet and exactly what it needed to be.

It's funny, heartwarming, and genuinely entertaining from start to finish. What I loved most is that it's something adults, teens, and kids can all enjoy together. The brothers poke tons of fun at themselves and each other, and it gives the whole movie this playful, self-aware charm you can't help but love.

I watched it with my daughter, and she caught details and callbacks I totally missed-especially the references to their early Disney days. That made it even more fun.

The music (and movie) gets better as it goes on but brace yourselves. It's like a typical Disney movie from the early 2000's but all the actors are adults... Oh and it's a musical. Which leads me to believe that this must be satire...

It's hilarious and charming from start to finish, with the brothers bouncing off each other like they've been rehearsing Christmas banter since birth. The canal jump had me cackling-living in the Netherlands, I can confirm that's not exactly the kind of dip you take lightly in December. Jesse Tyler Ferguson as Santa was nothing short of iconic, like the North Pole suddenly got a Jonas upgrade. What makes it even better is the little peek into their private lives, which adds warmth to all the festive silliness. It's enjoyable, it's festive, and it's the kind of movie that makes you want to grab a hot chocolate, put on an ugly sweater, and pretend you're part of the Jonas family Christmas.

Now I'm not a big fan of the Jonas Brothers and the only reason why I decided to watch this movie is because they were on the Disney Channel, so I gave the movie a watch and it was okay.

Positives for A Very Jonas Christmas Movie (2025): The story is fairly simple and straightforward with the execution that gets the job done. The acting from the Jonas Brothers is okay even though two of them aren't actors, but they could've been a lot worse. The other cast members including Chloe Bennet, Billie Lourd, Laverne Cox, KJ Apa, Andrew Barth, Andrea Martin, Randall Park and Jesse Tyler Ferguson as Santa Claus are far better than they have any right to be. The pacing is fairly good as this is a short movie on streaming at only 80 minutes. And finally, this movie will work for fans of the Jonas Brothers, who want to see them with their family.

Negatives for A Very Jonas Christmas Movie (2025): The movie's story is literally Plane, Trains and Automobiles (1987) except this movie takes place during Christmas and we have three main characters who are brothers. The songs are whatever as I don't care about the Jonas Brothers' music in general. There are moments that are so bizarre and felt out of place in the narrative. And finally, this movie was only made to make the Jonas Brothers relevant to the public again.

Overall, A Very Jonas Christmas Movie (2025) is a movie that was made for fans of the Jonas Brothers and it gets the job done.

It was a laugh riotghe 3 are really good at their dry sarcastic humor which just sent me in splits especially when ur fans and follow the bros closely u get the inside humor and vibes ateach brother taken and given. It depicts a very relatable sibling bond that most siblings share and will resonate with. Plot of the movie and pacing was amazing. The brother just bounce of each other effortless performances made me miss watching them on screen as if we're watching one of their interviews the vibe of the movie is the same..L9ved the family making an appearance with the wife and kids definitely a rewatch in my book and a new fav to my Xmas movie list. Here's to more movies together jo bros.

I used to watch Jonas Brothers when I was a kid and sometimes I still listen to their music. I was curious about the film as soon as I saw the news. Maybe it isn't the best Christmas movie, but it was enjoyable, funny too. It's good for a movie night with family and friends. Will Farrell is still a comedy legend 🤣🤣

I was laughing way more than I expected. Very cute movie, well written, and well acted. It was also fun seeing all the stars in their cameos. I really loved that the Jonas Brothers included all of their family members in the movie as well. Makes me miss the good ol' days of Disney Channel. Loved it!

Very cheesy and some family friendly fun. Exactly what you expect from holiday films. There were points that touched on their dynamic as family in business together. So a layer of honesty or vulnerability was added. But its balanced well with the jokes so the film is light hearted. Makes you miss spending time with your family.

Felt like Kevin was really left out of the singing aspect. I wish he got more solo time as a singer here. Also, nick was so angry and I wish he was happier and so glad that by the end he found the meaning of Christmas. It seems like they should stay away from planes indefinitely because Santa keeps trying to kill them in planes. However, I am so glad they were able to come together and extend their tour because we were all worried. I don't know who was asking for this film to be made but I am eternally grateful. Merry Christmas Jonas brothers.

Great for fans of Jonas Brothers and/or their Disney show.

Bean back on the screen together, they kept everything as light and fun as their original TV show. This was put together very well. Some funny dialogue and the need to watch it more than wants to pick up all the lines.

I believe this will go in a few People's Christmas watchlist for years to come.

Watched it with family. We're all fans of the Jonas brothers. We loved seeing the entire family in the move. Cute touch to that and the movie was funny a great way to start the holidays! Best part, them showing out their personalities.

The movie was cute and I almost enjoyed everything, Jesse was amazing as Santa. However, I was extremely disappointed to see Joe Jonas more interested in flirting and getting together with a woman, rather than seeing his daughters for Christmas. Especially after the really messy divorce from his wife that was extremely public. Joe needs to not focus on dating women right now and needs to focus on his daughters, as they should be what is the most important in his life. Kevin and Nick have their priorities straight.

It's a hallmark style movie, with famous faces scattered throughout. It's not a deep film in any sense, music is good, stroy tied loosely together between songs...it's a feel good.

It's a good one to have on in the background.

Good scenery, though. You'll tear up watching the hold home movies they show every now and again, and you'll laugh at the bad acting.

Just enjoy it for what it is is all I'm saying.

I don't understand the low ratings. I'll be honest, I've never been a Jonas Bros fan and I almost turned it off when I saw Will Ferrell (one of my least favorite actors) in the first scene. But I stuck it out and I'M SO GLAD I DID!! The Jonas Bros comedic chemistry is something I was NOT expecting. Their bantering back and forth is genuinely hilarious. Is it predictable? Yes but, to be fair, I think ALL Christmas/holiday movies are. Anyone watching and expecting otherwise, C'MON! REALLY?!

Ignore the naysayers and check it out! It's most definitely worth your time!

Was excited and hopeful for this one but the only reason we continued watching longer than 10minutes was because the Jonas brothers are in it. The dialogue was poorly written and only had a few jokes that actually landed, plot was super weak and predictable, and the music breaks felt awkward and out of place with the exception of the big musical number at the train station. If it weren't for the Jonas brothers it would probably get 1 star. They're the only reason it was semi-entertaining.

It's such a good movie for the holidays with a twist of pop culture. The Jonas brothers are giving us this fun movie, with the family drama and good ol' fashioned brother bonding. It's everything that a Christmas movie has. But this one has your favourite artists too! The cinematography is great. ITS THE PERFECT CHRISTMAS MOVIE THIS YEAR!
