A woman wakes up with amnesia in a wrecked car, trapped in the middle of a pileup in a tunnel. Threatened by an imminent fire, she must escape as quickly as possible. With no memory of the accident, the man beside her, or even her own identity, she fights for survival...
80 min,but it's perhaps too long ;for this MTV work really takes off after twenty minutes; suffering from post-traumatic ,amnesia ,the heroine is completely lost :only her mobile allows her to communicate with a woman who promises her a rescue team; clues are given to the viewer: an instrument case ,flashbacks ... a husband and a son(or daughter ) named Gabriel(le); and an injured man,by his side,is he a lover, a friend ,an enemy (a flashback fleetingly reveals his occupation)?
One can go as far as to say the structure is here to hide the triteness of the story (the truth is quite derivative);that said , the last part of the movie does not lack in intensity ,and Mélanie Bernier gives an effective one-woman-show performance.
