I loved, loved, LOVED this movie when I was a kid. I still love this movie now and the "Day of the Diesels" music video still slaps HARD as of today. Yes, this movie has flaws, but I am fine with that. The concept of Percy being the main character of the movie and thinking that Thomas doesn't have time for him anymore is a pretty good concept! I actually can relate to Percy in this movie because there are times where I feel like someone is to busy for me. Although this movie has flaws and is also hated by Thomas fans, I still had A LOT of fun watching this movie as a kid and now.
I would give this a 10/10. My childhood was GOLDEN, and I appreciate it.

Now usually when Season 12 gets mentioned, A lot of fans tend to give a lot of negativity towards this Season due to the writing constantly using the 3 Strikes formula. However, In the final episode of the Season, In my opinion, It's final episode actually ends Season 12 on a positive note. Yeah, not all the episodes were great, but "Best Friends" is a pretty good episode to end Season 12. Heck, the Season ending with an episode about Thomas and Percy is a pretty great concept (If you really think about it). I would definitely recommend this episode. Season 12, while not great, can have good moments here and there.
As someone who has followed the evolution of Thomas & Friends through its various eras, I've had my fair share of criticisms. I once thought the HiT Entertainment era was the low point, but then came All Engines Go!-a reboot that doesn't just miss the mark, it demolishes it entirely.
First, let's address the art style. Gone are the charming, detailed models or even the decent CGI we got used to. Instead, we're presented with a 2D, flat, and overly colorful style that feels more like a parody of what Thomas once stood for. It's as if the creators decided to erase any sense of depth or weight the original had. The engines now have arms, bouncing around like rubber, defying the very nature of what made the original engines unique-being, well, trains!
Character development? Forget it. The original characters had arcs, lessons to teach, and realistic flaws. In All Engines Go!, everything is dumbed down to the point where every episode feels like a shallow attempt at entertainment, with no regard for the rich history that made Thomas special. Thomas himself, who once had complexity and growth, is reduced to an energetic, almost annoying caricature with no real substance.
Then there's the storytelling-or lack thereof. The original series, even in its weaker moments, maintained a sense of realism in the world of Sodor. The engines had jobs to do, lessons were learned, and the railway was treated like a functioning entity. Now? It feels like the show is no longer about teamwork or responsibility, but about mindless antics with zero consequence or meaning.
I never thought I'd say this, but after watching All Engines Go!, I find myself longing for the HiT Era episodes. At least they tried to honor the essence of what Thomas & Friends was. This reboot, though? It feels like a complete betrayal to the legacy of the series, stripping away everything that made the show timeless.
In short: All Engines Go! Is not just a bad reboot-it's a tragedy for longtime fans.
