The year 2025 has really NOT gone well for Manoj Bajpayee. The Movies and Web Series released starring Manoj Bajpayee in 2025 have proved to be disastrous so far. It seems nothing is working for a potential actor like Manoj Bajpayee. The Movies and Web Series in 2025 are too underrated for an actor like Bajpayee's genius. This is true that Manoj is a trendsetter in Indian cinema. But the quality of the cinematic performance made by him this year has utterly disappointed the audience.

The new released Movie Inspector Zende is yet another flop show. The Movie narrates the story of recapturing Charles Sobhraj after the notorious criminal escaped from an Indian jail. The then Bombay Police recaptured Charles from Goa. In this Movie Manoj Bajpayee has played the role of Inspector Zende. But the Movie has miserably failed to make any impact for many reasons. But the most important point is Manoj Bajpayee in the lead role has utterly failed .

The sense of humor althrough the Movie is the only point that makes certain impact at times. Otherwise, it is dull. The most concerning point is Bajpayee seems completely out of rhythm. At this phase of Manoj Bajpayee's career, the actor needs to be better choosy. But Bajpayee has made only wrong choices this year. The audience wants much more from him. If Bajpayee fails in the much-hyped The Family Man Season 3 scheduled to release later this year, it would be difficult for him to come back; rise and shine yet again. The most important point is: people forget too often. Stardom always remains at stake. The earlier Manoj Bajpayee understands this is better for him and Hindi cinema. But will he? This remains to see. Anyway, Inspector Zende is not recommended at all.

Paranormal activity has special appeal for a certain section of viewers. Both as central theme or a sub-section, these entertain the audience. Shakespeare displays greatest mastery in using paranormal activities in almost every drama which cherish the audiences till date. Today expecting Shakespeare's genius in a dramatic creation is literally barking at the wrong tree. In fact, it is nothing but defaming a Maestro like One and Only Shakespeare comparing today's dramatic endeavor be on stage or on the screen with his creation. Nevertheless, the Bard of Avon is always inspiring and his unseen influence seems shaping thought and creativity.

The Bollywood Web Series Andhere released on 14th August narrates a story that seems hazzy and the paranormal activities picturized here fail to hook attention. The simple reason is: it appears again and again within short intervals. Fact is paranormal activity doesn't impress the audience but the approach of making the audience prepared to witness something dropping from the blue abruptly hooks the audience. The thrill is not watching the ghost but waiting for it to watch with suspense. This element is missing in this Web Series. No suspense, no interest indeed. This is where the Web Series lacks the basic. Similarly, too many characters have spoiled the rest. However not bad for one time watch. But the way the Web Series ends, it becomes evident that its Season 2 may come. But that will utterly be a misadventure. However, one may think otherwise.

But compared to all these, Salakaar seems to be a better Web Series portraying some significant issues and putting them into perspective about diplomatic conflicts between India and Pakistan. This new Bollywood Web Series released on 8th August, 2025 narrates two parallel stories of India's effort against Pakistani nuclear armament; one in 2025 and the other one in 1978. The story narrates how Indian under-covered agents put cold water on the sinister design of Pakistani military dictator General Zia-ul-Haq to produce nuclear arms in 1978. The life and risk of the under-covered agents have been delineated with perfection in the Web Series. The way India designed strategy to ruin Pakistani nuclear reactor located at Kahuta in 1978 really seems amazing. India attained this unprecedented success without using any force but through contaminating the water used in the nuclear plant really seems unbelievable. The story on the sideline depicts some facts of 2025 as well. The theme is unique and its execution is simply brilliant. The action of the Web Series is straight forward that hooks the viewers all through.

The casting of the Web Series is brilliant. Mukesh Rishi in the role of Zia-ul-Haq seems real. Same is in case of others characters. This Web Series is really must watch one.
