I gave this a chance because I am running out of crime-drama series to binge. Generally the episodes are good enough to keep me entertained but I really am distracted by several negative aspects.

1. There are significant plot holes that leave you feeling unsatisfied at the end of each episode.

2. There are a STAGGERING number of completely unbelievable and unrealistic scenarios. Anyone with an ounce of logic would see through these ludicrous scenes.

3. The SFX makeup is so bad, there's no way anyone with basic makeup artist training would do.

4. The filming methods specifically scene transition and "psychedelic special effects" used look so low-budget and cheesy I honestly thought this was filmed in the late 80's-early 90's.

Bit predictable. A little too straight forward style of storytelling rather than something to keep the audience engaged and interested. I personally prefer a more thrilling narrative with more depth than this. An average film to pass the time but nothing special honestly. Really disappointed in the ending. If they had scrapped the first 2/3 of the movie and instead embellished on the ending by following the investigation and court proceedings rather than a couple sentence summary on the screen, I think it would have made for a much more interesting story.

I gave 6/10 strictly because serial-killer movies are my favourite genre but it's probably more of a 4 or 5.

I was intrigued by the first few episodes but the plot just gets overly complicated and ridiculously unbelievable. Despite numerous attempts over the course of several years to complete the first season I just can't get further than episode 12.
