First, let me say that the show is incredible! I Wonder what the budget was for this series- as the production is first rate. The amount of technical expertise, editing skill and writing ability displayed is mind blowing!

It's difficult to single out any one actor as the best. ( they are all excellent) but sone that really stand out for me;

William Allen Young - as Doctor Guthrie.

He somehow captured the essence of a compassionate, caring, yet vulnerable doctor.

He is a superb in this part.

Marcia Gay Harden: WOW. She is mesmerizing, pretty and talented. Wow, wow, wow!

Harry Ford: I love this guy. And yes, he looks like a young Orden Wells. Super talented.

Luis Guzman: plays the part so freakin well I actually believed he was a nurse!

Rob Lowe: I used to think he was just a pretty boy who got an acting job because of his looks.

Watching him in this series proved me wrong.

Exceptionally talented actor!

Boris Kodjoe ( as Dr. Campbell): At first I thought he was an arrogant dude. But I grew to like him. Great actor.

Rasa Jeffrey ( as Dr. Hudson ) : I actually believed he was an ER Doctor!

Benjamin Hollingsworth ( as Dr. Savetti ) Intense, good looking. Plays the part perfectly.

These are just a few of the actors that really impressed me.

I marvel at the dialogue - it must have been really difficult for the actors to memorize sone of that medical terminology.

The editors should receive awards for the precision editing/ some episodes probably have hundreds of scene cuts.

The way the story moves- and the intensity of sone of the scenes really elevates this show.

A lot of medical shows are pretty good.

This one, " Code Blsck" elevates into the " greatest of all time " category.

Wow. Just wow. This is one of the best medical dramas I have ever seen.

Every single episode was exciting and entertaining. The acting was absolutely stellar.

Bruce Greenwood, ( Dr. Bell ) Matt Czuchry, ( Dr Hawkins) Manish Daval ( dr Prevesh ) Emily Ban Camp ( Nic Nevins ) Jamal Warner ( Dr Austin ) are standouts.

The others in the cast are all excellent as well.

If I could give it a higher rating than 10 I would!

Do Yourself a favor and check Out this series. I simply can't say enough good things about this show.

The realism, the acting, the story lines, the drama, the intensity really make this a must watch show.

The production budget must have been mind boggling as the action scenes, accidents, traumas, were done with no expense spared.

Kudos to the writers as well, the technical Consultants really nailed it.

I always liked his dad, Lloyd Bridges.... I remember him in Sea Hunt- yes, I'm Old too- But Jeff Bridges surpasses all expectations in this brilliantly made series.

All Of the actors are great- Brenneman and lithgow especially-

But something about Jeff's character really draws the viewer in.

I am glad he is re over Ed from his illness. He is THE MAN

old man? Well, I wouldn't mess with him.....would you?
