My husband and I were really surprised that the ratings were so poor. We really enjoyed this movie. This movie reminded us of Django, Kill Bill type movies. That sense of humour that some people just don't get. This movie is apparently taken from a novel, and we thought funny, as well as disturbing, as hell. Very graphic and extremely violent. Loved the soundtrack!

We started this movie once before, then stopped it cause We had a hard time hearing the low volume narration of Vinny with his accent, but that was only at the beginning of the movie. So we gave it another shot and few months later and glad we did. The movie starts off a little slow, but the story really took off and was worth the wait. We thought it was pretty good. None of this shooting a thousand bullets and no one getting hit stuff. The fighting was realistic. When I turn my head to avoid it, I know it's done well. We love revenge movies. Actors Ron Perlman, Brandon Sklenar, Nicholas Braun, Malcom McDowell,...great acting. And we Especially like Vinny Jones. Recognized all the songs in the soundtrack and loved it. We recommend you give this movie a chance...right til the very end.
