As of August, 2020, Travon and his co-writer Mary Pilon are in development with their screenplay of "Barnstormers," about the life of would-be Baseball Hall of Famer John Donaldson, an indomitable Black pitcher, whom they wrote about in a New York Times op-ed piece.
