Gail McInnes
Glasgow-born, Toronto-based Gail McInnes has been involved in the
fashion industry for over two decades. She is the owner of fashion
publicity agency Magnet Creative Management and co-owner of the
exclusive fashion showroom Stylist Box which styles celebrities for red
carpet appearances for events such as Toronto International Film
Festival, Cannes Film Festival, Monte Carlo Television Festival, Emmy
Awards, MuchMusic Video Awards, Canadian Screen Awards, and more.
Her expert view into the world of style is often called upon for various television appearances, including CBC News, Global Television's The Morning Show, CTV News, CBC's Radio-Canada, Slice Network's X-Weighted, MTV Live, and has been featured in FLARE, ELLE Canada, Scotland's Sunday Mail, National Post, Globe & Mail, Toronto Star, Toronto Life, NOW Magazine, and many more.
Gail gained international recognition in 2011 when she was nominated as "Communicator of the Year" by the Scottish Fashion Awards, in association with VOGUE.com.
In 2008, she was selected as one of Pierre Maraval's Mille Femmes - a photographic exhibition celebrating Toronto's most creative and inspiring women. She has been named one of NOW Magazine's "Fashion Heroes" and is an inductee in the TFI Hall of Fame.
She also devotes her time to furthering the careers of young fashion entrepreneurs through the esteemed Toronto Fashion Incubator (TFI) and if often called upon as a guest speaker and judge for events such as P&G Beauty Awards, and more.
