Jeff Dunham: Unhinged in Hollywood

Its "Ok" actually. Cuz i'll be a liar if i say he wasn't funny, he cracked me up with a few jokes and still i wasn't "wowed" by the performance. This is to say that for those who have seen his past performance, you'll be able to tell there's something wrong here. He tries so hard to be funny, There was 68% of expected humor, making the next character he brings up less funny. All i can say is that he's running out of ideas.

You can still do better Jeff.

Still the funniest guy on TV Yes he could loose some of the language and add some more innuendos instead so our kids could watch it but it's still hilarious.

First of all, I want to say that I like Jeff Dunham and most of his specials, but this one is just terrible. Not funny, extremely boring, and when the only thing good about the special are the multiple mistakes,you know you have problems. Pointless, useless and a waste of time, the show is so bad that it's hard for me to get through it. Outside of the occasional funny joke, it suffers bad. Painfully unfunny and infuriating, then they had to stick a useless promotion on top of all it, I'm not going to buy his dolls. I want to watch a comedy special, not the self severing stuff they handed the viewer here and this man is millionaire mind you, and that makes it even worse. Stinks of egotism, and it's not funny at all. Your better off, watching something else, and man is it terrible!!!!!

I had the opportunity to sit down and watch the 2015 comedy special "Jeff Dunham: Unhinged in Hollywood" here in 2024, and opted to do so. However, I must admit that I didn't really harbor the biggest of expectations, as I have somewhat grown weary of the ventriloquism act. But still, there might be some good laughs to be had, so of course I checked it out.

The show was pretty generic. I mean, it is not like Jeff Dunham is reinventing himself in-between the released shows. So you pretty much know what you are getting when you sit down to watch something like this, for better or worse. Sure, if you're a big fan of his, then you're in for a treat. But if you, like me, have tired a bit of these shows, then it will be another run-of-the-mill-standard-formula show.

There were some okay jokes and punchlines here and there, but I wasn't really brought to any laughs, except for the time when he dropped Peanut and when Achmeds arms fell off. And those were unintentional, but those were the funniest moments in the show for me.

Watchable, sure, but this was a pretty generic Jeff Dunham delivery.

My rating of "Jeff Dunham: Unhinged in Hollywood" lands on a five out of ten stars.

This is very American, but in a very lovable way, we all know the characters, more or less how the show will go, but this is not as entertaining as previous shows, maybe because it is a bit to obvious.

It is comedy, taking news and stories and putting them into jokes, in this case wrapping it all in a ventriloquist act, it works out okay, but it is very American, kind of like a talk show where the host tells a joke and the audience laughs.

It is okay and I would love to see him live, but it is missing something new, it is the same old same old, still entertaining and give some laughs, but something is off and just not as fresh as it used to be.
