I don't know why the rating is low but, I would expect atleast 7. I gave it a 10. Cause it has shown that if ending is good everything becomes good.
After watching each episode you will be motivated to leave your house to run and jump everywhere.
This anime perfectly combines the stories of each of the characters and enhances the final story of the main characters.
Highlighting that talent can be overcome by practice, as well as that teamwork generates synergies.
Do not think twice look at the first episodes and you will realize what I mean.
It's just beautiful. It's like extreme parkour, and let me tell you - I usually am not a big fan of watching matches (I know, please don't cringe.) Haikyu!! Is definitely one of my favorite anime, but besides the ones where the team I like wins (Aoba Johsai!!) I'm normally watching it half-heartedly. I still love the matches, but let's just say, I'd rather be watching something else. However, Prince of Stride made me VERY surprised. Instead of wishing that they would stop showing the matches, I wanted them to show me more. It's super interesting, and a very good concept.
The animations are awesome, beautiful, legendary. The music, do I need to say anymore? I love it when they play the "You've got to show me" (Idk, that's what I heard) during the "epic" moments.
The characters are also funny, relatable, and fun to watch! I do wish that it could've been longer and I think they rushed it a bit, but it's still great as is. I'm actually very surprised that is has such a low IMDB.
All in all, it's a great sports anime - something that could compare to Haikyu!! If it was just a bit longer.

It is a very creative anime, and the sport, "Stride", which seems to be a mix of sprinting, relay and park-our, is very creative and interesting to watch.
But... I feel that the anime is very rushed and the characters reflect the same few stereotypes and often are quite similar to each other. Different teams are not very distinct and the characters can really blur together. This may also be due to the fact that the show is more focused on the actual races and some drama than creating likable characters that we can connect to.
The animation style is quite pretty and the characters are... well they are quite pretty, too.
6.5 stars, I think. After watching 'Free!' and 'Haikyuu!!', it really cannot compare. It doesn't have nearly as many of those small, funny and memorable moments, and because we are not particularly connected to the characters, we don't feel as much for their losses or victories.

I loved the anime. I read the reviews before watching the series (mainly on MyAnimeList) and I can say they're false. I loved the anime and am sad that it was so short. It will definitely be one I rewatch.
