Nomad of Nowhere

The version I saw had all the episodes spliced together to make a feature length movie. I loved it! Totally different than anything I've seen. Granted it did take off on some tangents, but overall it was a fun ride. If you're looking for an animated show that not like anything else check this out. I will watch it again.

A rather unusual take on magic and human personalities. A mostly comedic anime which does explore some of the slightly darker side of human nature. This series has an unusual hero and he(?) cannot speak, so the animators used a bunch of different ways for the hero to express themself and it works quite well. The characters all have distinctive faces which sets it apart from other anime. The colours are bright and the main characters stand out from one another. The backgrounds are pretty basic, but the animation is fluid. The dialogue is probably the best part of the anime and each character, even the minor ones have distinct voices. If you are a fan of anime it's hard to go wrong with this one.

One thing that confused me was that IMDB lists 12 episodes, but I watched it on TUBI and it was only 5 episodes. When I looked at the titles though I remember seeing all of those. A very good show and worth a watch.

This series I really love. Part of that is because the characters are compelling, like Skout and Captain Toth, who are basically in a relationship, trying to find a mute wanderer who can give life to inanimate objects. The themes of acceptance, love, friendship, and more are present in this series. As a result, I am glad to give this show its current rating.

This series is not perfect, but it has good things like its story that is interesting from beginning to end, its characters. and with many anxieties, I wait for the second season to see how much the series improves.

I actually enjoyed this series a lot, it's my new favourite, LOOKING FORWARD FOR MORE.
