I cannot get over how gruesome the final kill scene is! The practical effects are so realistic and the pacing leading up to the finale is golden. Humor on point, acting a definite highlight of the film, and such realistic reactions from characters. I hate it when characters do not act in a believable manner and I'm glad this film chose realism instead of suspension of disbelief. If you're into slasher flicks, YA horror, and movies with a finger on the pulse of society and how it operates, you've found the right film. It's a low budget, indie masterpiece with phenomenal actors and a relevant and salacious plot line. If Mary isn't your new favorite final girl in horror, who is?
Really good performances anchor this pulpy horror thrill ride. I love seeing indie films like this because they swing for the fences and aren't afraid of getting a little messy in the best way. Definitely an homage to revenge horror classics like I Spit on Your Grave but with a modern, all too relevant twist. Cinematography is absolutely gorgeous, performances range between enjoyably campy and forcefully grounded, production design is really lived in and cohesive. The script falters here and there but everyone on this production was obviously super tapped in and having the time of their lives - no easy feat when dealing with subject matter this heavy. Content warning that will be obvious if you even skim the synopsis, but surprisingly tastefully handled. Absolutely worth a watch!!
Heard about this flick from some friends and decided to check it out..so stoked I did! This was a roller coaster ride of character storylines, emotion, and action. Well, action at least in the second half because it takes a little while to get there, but once it does it is like being on a thrill ride!!!
I can imagine the subject matter is pretty heavy for some people considering it's related to rape culture, but we have to keep in mind that it is done for the sake of entertainment even though it could be triggering. Done for the sake of entertainment in the sense that some of the plot gets a little fantastical so you know, that's what movies do, right?
Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed it and would recommend to anyone looking for quick thrill ride with some crazy action and emotion!

Not overtly comical, but there are a few points in the film that were funny enough (whether they meant to be or not) to elevate my rating to a 10/10.
For a low-budget indie flick I was actually really impressed with set design, visual effects and most of all the acting. I was expecting a bit of a cheese fest but the casting was spot on and I truly think some of these actors have a really bright future ahead.
A bit of word of warning to anyone going to watch this that it really hits the pulse of the #metoo movement highlighting rape culture within the American College system. The feminist undertones that run through the film are, I feel, more successful than the big hollywood blockbuster horror films.

This movie STINKS.
As part of a brutal hazing ritual, a young frat pledge leads a wasted girl upstairs to swipe his v-card, only to discover getting lucky isn't so easy.
The so called "wasted girl" is supposed to be in college but she looks forty. No joke. Plus, she's such a bad actress she's not even remotely "wasted."
The script, slow direction and horrible acting are atrocious. Oh, and the music track is quite simply annoying beyond belief. The entire flick is amateurish and bad. I was thoroughly bored.
So clearly, all the superlative reviews here are fake and from people somehow involved with the movie.

- QuizAn entire scene involving Kyle (Jackson Trent), as well as bits of scattered dialogue, were added after the actor was overheard explaining his own invented backstory for why someone that looks/acts like him would be a part of this specific frat house.
