This is a quota quickie from Sound City who owned Shepperton studios.The film is located in Grimsby.There are many minutes devoted to trawlers and the fishing industry.Niall McGinnis is rescued by Roy Emmertons trawler.He falls for his daughter Linden Travers.However her friend,Kay Walsh persuades him to come and work for her father,brother of Emmerton,and very much loggerheads.Emmertons ship is called on to rescue the other and of course it all ends amicably.Edited by Favid Lean,with lots of familiar faces in the cast,including,Katie Johnson,Esme Cannon and Ballard Berkeley.
