Aliens from Another Planet

Badly titled re-edit of Irwin Allen's wonderful Time Tunnel series of 1966-67.

Today, if people wish to re-watch The Time Tunnel they simply get the DVD but back in 1982 someone decided the series would look better if it was all chopped up and turned into little "movies" with silly titles???

I am sure Aliens from Another Planet (1982) is getting poor reviews for the simple reason that viewers expected an 80s movie about space aliens - instead they got something else all together!

This 90 minute chunk of Time Tunnel serves a purpose in that it lets some younger people know that a wonderfully corny series about time travel existed in the 60s. Some of the music is done by a young John Williams (yes, THAT John Williams). The Time Tunnel complex itself looks outstanding!

Does this sound like a bomb to you? No it is wonderful. Outstanding in fact. But see it the right way and get the DVD instead of Aliens from Anther Planet.

The title says it all. It's like making a war movie and calling it "Men With Guns Shooting at Each Other".

A 2 hour episode of the TV show "Time Tunnel" which was abysmal at best. Don't even bother with this dog.
