Director Yolanda García Serrano has done a remarkable body of work as a writer in the past, most notably in films directed by Manuel Gómez Pereira. However, her directorial efforts have been somewhat irregular.
Though I did like "Kilómetro 0" quite a lot, her last film can only be described as awful. This is one of the instances in which the viewer may ask: "Why do films like this get made?". I mean, if it was supposed to be fun, entertaining or even a passable popcorn film... it failed. Acting is decent in the case of supporting players, but the choice of Carlos Sobera as the leading double character is atrocious. On the other hand, even in technical categories one can see that either not much effort was invested during filming or budget was definitely very, very low.
