I may be the world's #1 Red Ezra fan, but then again I'm probably the porn auteur's only fan. Either way, I enjoyed re-watching, at a distance of a decade, his all-sex video TEST DRIVE. It features a coming attraction for a similar effort cleverly named PUSSY SWEAT, but I haven't seen that one yet.
Red himself opens the video in person, grilling on his barbecue and explaining what we're about to see. It's a personal touch usually reserved for BTS short subjects, but I enjoyed him making the connection here with me, his target audience.
What he says comes true: the program is pure sex with all newcomers - girls he's selected rather than the usual suspects. I liked all the choices, some becoming quite famous (Brittany Skye), but all of whom carved out XXX careers.
A couple of motifs represent Red's design background - an abstract bedroom set with bare brick (fake) wall as backdrop, plus the video title reflected in black & white racing flag format used for the models' clothing, such as hose and undershorts.
One vignette has Alex Sanders in the back of a police car, which stops so that the cop (Natasha) services him on the hood. Another has Elizabeth Del Mar into anal sex, both using vibrators to give herself a d.p. and also having vet Herschel Savage due the honors on her posterior.
Goes without saying that I prefer Red's storyline efforts, but this is a well-made gonzo entry.
