Space Goblins

Space Goblins is good stuff. Wildly inventive visuals in service of a funny script full of memorable characters and scenes. Behind all the gags and hijinks is some rich worldbuilding that gives the feeling that this universe is a lived-in place with its own history. The main characters' need to rationalize their work in a society that's clearly circled the drain adds dimension to the writing, showing that Space Goblins has more on its mind than just getting the next joke out, and it makes me want to see how the characters might evolve if given more screen time. It's a very potent taste of something much larger, like an episode from a TV series that never existed, but should, and on that note, it has me excited for the feature-length movie!

"Space Goblins" took me on an exhilarating intergalactic and nostalgic journey like no other. It is a true testament to the power of storytelling and animation.

From the very beginning, I was hooked by the excellent world-building and character development. The intricate details in each frame show the immense effort and dedication poured into this project. The vibrant colors and mesmerizing visuals transport you to a captivating universe, making you feel like you're soaring through space alongside the gregarious goblins.

What sets "Space Goblins" apart is its ability to strike the perfect balance between humor, heartwarming moments and thrilling action.

Equally impressive is the remarkable voice acting that brings the characters to life. The two brothers are my favorite.

Crazy, outrageous and funny as hell.. I'm so glad i stumbled across Space Goblins. Adult animation has never been better especially when it's taking a journey with a couple of alien bounty hunters named Gib and Gob. I honestly didn't know what to expect and it honestly past anything i could of hoped for. There's talk of a live action remake which could only mean one thing and that's dreams do come true. Whoever did the animation was on top form and whoever wrote the script has a fantastic sense of humour. Ams Overton the director has some serious talent and i hope he gets the chance to gift us a full length feature one day.

A lot of fun, great dialogue, wonderful characters! Wonderful animation!

There is such wonderful type of nostalgia in every aspect of this animated short.

If Ralph Bakshi animated Dark Star! Dark, dry humour sells the characters living in an horse-and-buggy future.

A wonderful ride, worth watching for any fan of the genres, animation enthusiasts. If this was a Saturday morning cartoon for adults, people would be getting up every Saturday to tune in with a big bowl of Boo Berry cereal! Waiting to see what hijinks Gob and Gib get into!

This, being a prelude to a live action film, has me waiting with anticipation to see the next chapter!

AMS is just an amazing filmmaker , he managed to balance the humour with the action, great dialogue. Can't wait to make the feature version with him. It will be insane!! What a journey he has created for the characters Gib & Gob.

Loved the nightclub scene, it's like the cartoon version of Total Recall. The relationship between Gib & Gob is great , one talks a lot and one doesn't , hilarious.

AMS managed to take me on a journey and inserted mixed emotions in me as an audience, I laughed , I was sad , I was angry .. he did this very well. I know he will create something amazing for the full feature.
