Actually only thing that it doesn't have are your good guys and the bad guys. Motivations, goals, intentions, events, are left rather ambiguous or open to interpretation, thus people can see what people want to see, and one can only combine that with previous knowledge of Fallout, then to realize how overarching story has much more depth than it would appear..

Other than that, on the surface, where the show is much fun and also distracting, has pip boys, stimpacks, junk jets, unreliable narrators, several factions are introduced or slightly introduced, some hinted yet to be.., shortly said, has everything..

With all that, and with just a little bit effort and luck, season 2 will be another banger..

Very dynamic show, always on the move, something is going on constantly. Things, and for that matter, lots things, are happening always, as well as the plot, sub-plots, sub-stories, story, and characters that constantly move..

Fallout is a great watch, a lot of fun and enjoyment, still not that simple, deceptively smart actually, with a flavour of satire and dark humour, so paying attention is recommendable..

Soundtrack consisting of mid-twentieth century tunes is Fallout standard, while "the score", meaning original themes made for the TV show are anything and everything from haunting to epic. Overall excellent sound, and for that matter, the show looks great too..

Filming for season 2 is finished, or just about to be..

Probably the best video game adaptation so far, or definitely, and probably beyond so far. Also adapts and uses the source material in general very well.

True to Fallout games, the vibe is genuine, the feel is genuine, encompasses the essence, has the core of, and knows how to stay at the core. All combined, Fallout show is the definition of understanding the assignment.

Season 1 sets the story and puts things to motion, so the wait for ultimate resolution will be that of several seasons. In addition to that, Fallout isn't of those every-day shows, instead it's different and refreshing. Thumbs Up!

Great world building that is quite extensive, while also just a fraction of it all. Visual elements that have world-building purpose, also have story-telling purpose. Daytime or nightime, the ocean, the sun, and various other details combined, that aren't all easy to notice immediately, all have the same purpose, and that joined with how initially presented is developed finally, and also quite ammount of memorable, and some epic moments, as well as action, drama and satire, makes Fallout of those shows with quite high rewatch value.

Top notch TV and excellent adaptation. Season two coming....

First of all, just to be clear. When I played through Fallout 2 on PC in the late '90s, I fell in love with RPG games. I always dreamed that one day Fallout would be turned into a movie directed by Spielberg, because I loved his sci-fi films. It doesn't matter that it never happened - the series gave me exactly what I always wanted: a fantastically rich and beautifully ugly post-apocalyptic world. The creators of the show truly understood this world with care and depth, and the result is amazing. The best video game adaptation in the history of cinema. I'm really looking forward to season two. Christmas is going to be hot.
