This Is MY House

Boring! Annoying! Nonsense! It's awful but I have watch all of them in fast forward. I watch the first 2 mins then the last 2 mins. The contestants are annoying so are the panellist and as for Stacy Dooley OMG.

Wow. I don't usually watch anything like this but was short of search time and it appeared. I imagine this show was pitched as a joke and somehow, somebody said yes. It's just dreadful in every way. I'm not going to dignify it by saying why. If this is your idea of entertainment you need help.

A classic case of a show that's greater than the sum of its parts, this odd set up really works. It makes compelling viewing and draws you in trying to work out who is the real home owner. The show is a perfect vehicle for Dooley who's natural charm shines through as she interviews the home owners and stars who are trying to guess the answer. The relationship between the possible home owners and between the scelebs as they try and guess the truth adds it's own compelling dynamics too. A great fun watch to unwind to, and the end montage with the real home owner can be quite moving. Well done to whoever commissioned this.

Watching the competitors try to out-lie each other is fun! Bonkers premise, nice to see something on the TV with a feeling of originality to it. Good casting too.
