Carretera 15

CARRETERA 15 follows the classic road movie template, with well-developed characters who, step by step, bring out the worst in each of them when something terrible happens on their road trip. The performances (all magnificent) and the cinematography are particularly noteworthy. The shots in the car (interior and exterior) are magnificent, as is the 1980s setting. Although it could have a better pace (especially at the beginning), it is an excellent example of dramatic Mexican independent cinema with hints of thriller, but which, nevertheless, is not lacking in touches of (black) humor interspersed with violent scenes (physical and emotional)
