Title scene starts off with stimulating softcore, as busty yoga instructor Cali Carter gets physical in tandem with her friend and student Gina Valentina executing yoga poses in tandem. It's taking place at Gina's salon, and Gina offers her friend a massage, leading to Sapphic sex.

Remaining segment titled "Reseach for My Book" stars Georgia Jones as a romance novelist who enlists her pal Sofi Ryan in researching a scene for her latest book. It'a about a masseuse, so she asks former masseuse Sofi to show her how it's done, leading to hot sex between the chums. It's a solid scene, but I was taken aback at how unattractively styled (e.g., makeup) Georgia is here, hardly presenting the allure that the lesbian icon's fans are accustomed to viewing.
