Dans l'ombre des dunes

The police officer Becker has come back to the Landes to save his relationship with his wife Julie and his children Léo and Camille. His mother-in-law Evelyn proposes him to make the criminal investigation of a murder: Babar has ben tortured and asphyxied. Becker will work with the young gendarme Damien. First clue: the ecologist Angèle Duval who has had some troubles with Babar. Some days later Seb, a plumber, is found dead in a wine tank-also death by suffocation-. Babar, Seb and Nicolas were friends, Becker goes to the cabin of Nicolas, the door is open, a man is salting from te balcony, Becker manages to save the life of Nicolas who was tied,but can not catch the attacker. Nicolas is sent to the hospital. Second clue : the picture of Julie and another woman. The woman is Aurélie Badet who has been humiliated in the past by Nicolas, Babar and Seb, but the woman lives now in Canada. Then what terrible did do Nicolas, Seb and Babar in the past ?

But soon Becker and Damien are involved in a shooting between Laborde and his friends and Angèle Duval.
