More Power

The show has been getting better with each episode. By episode 7-10 it caught its stride. I would like to see a little more of the Maker's actually doing the build. I wouldn't cut down any content I would increase the length of the show. 20 minutes is just not enough time. I liked Assembly Required also. That's why I would like to see more of the builds. Also use April for more than the simple demo and explanation person. The episodes where she is more involved are even more enjoyable. She has great skills maybe even let people know about her YouTube channel so they can see what she does. I watched her before Assembly Required and was happy to see her involvement, would like to see more. Keep it up. Very enjoyable. Can't wait for next season.

I'm not really sure what the point of the show is. It seems to be an attempt to recreate the hilarious banter between Tim and Richard in Home Improvement. Problem is, most of that was scripted. This is not. Put any two random people in a shop and tell them to aimlessly goof off, and it would be about as funny.

The other point seems to be to explain VERY basic power tool concepts, -so basic that if you know anything about power tools, there's nothing new. And if you know absolutely nothing, you still don't learn anything beyond an elementary school level. Ex: In e2, you learn that pneumatics use pressurized air, and hydraulics use pressurized fluid. Wow.

There's also some nonsense about having a maker put together some creative tool, but it's only shown in brief segments at the beginning of the end of the show, so you don't really get to see that either.

I wanted to like this, but until it finds some kind of direction, it's basically pointless and just a big commercial for whatever company's tools they're spotlighting in that episode.

I didn't have very good expectations after seeing the Assembly Required show last year and this one was even worse. No worthwhile content whatsoever. It's basically a commercial for Google and whatever company is showing their tools. The dialogue is so clearly scripted and not funny at all. Seems like a weak attempt to draw on the allure of Home Improvement. April's talents are wasted, her YouTube videos are so much better.

I really like Tim and AL but the show sucks. Tool Time was awesome I still watch the old shows maybe they should go back to that format. Have the same 3 people in it that was a great show.

Boring and pointless. Disappointed. I expected it to be interesting instead paint drying was better. Nothing makes it worth a watch. Figured Tim and Richard would have better chemistry but they look like they just meet.
