Mermaid Magic

Now this is done by real artists and good show I love this show a lot and I'm both excited and scared for s2, especially rainbow used ai in the Winx reboot and I'm scared that they will do the same for s2 of mermaid magic which I really hope it don't because this is actually a good show I love the characters, the animation and story, could be a bit better written but is actually good and the pacing is good too as well interesting I rather watch this than the Winx reboot.

For little girls who love mermaids this is our Sailor Moon. You cannot begin to imagine just how much my four year old daughter loves this show. It's beautiful, it's fun, it's so much fun to watch with my baby girl. If you have a little girl and you loved the little mermaid as a kid this show is for you. If you love Sailor Moon, this show is for you. It is so well done for a kids show. Netflix, you did such a good job on this show I am so much less irritated I pay you every month. You have to make a season two! You gotta make some dolls and clothes for my girl. This show is literally a work of art and I cannot stop telling my friends to watch it with their little girls. I think my baby has watched this show at least ten times since it's come out a couple weeks ago.

We know about the merpeople that when they are on land they are pose as humans like a selkie. But that's only small details in season 1, we want more information like about trident rings, who made the first trident ring that ever existed, who is the founder of Mertropia and what history is with the seawitch anyway.

Mermaid Magic will give use a glimpse about the war between pirates and merpeople and how did all of this start. Maybe in season 2 Merlinda's mother Queen Corelia might be alive in the surface in between Morton Bay and Mertropia. In season 2 we will have all the answers of whether Corelia is alive or not in the series.

I can't wait for the next season!!! I enjoyed this so much more than I expected!!!

The characters were fun and diverse, it had a good pace (not too slow or too fast or crammed all at the end), it had some fun twists and turns, and great music! It had enough alluding to history and world mythos that I want to learned more! I want to know the story of the sea witch, find Merlinda's mom, and see lots of shipping of course! I have all my couples picked out lol.

I don't really have any criticisms for this show. It's like Lady Bug, Zak Storm, Sailor Moon, and Little Mermaid all rolled into one fun show! I love the bright colors and fun music, the characters and their various powers/skills, and gorgeous animation.

If there is one thing I can complain about it's that they needed more voice actors lol. I could hear several people playing different characters. For instance the voice of the villain played like 4 different people and it was a pinch confusing at times haha. Barbarossa and Orca? Lol. I would also like them to explain why the entire kingdom relies on the Pearls so much.

But all in all, highly recommend for all ages!
