Secret Society 2: Never Enough

This movie Makes you think of the stuff the lgbt community goes thru when they want to transition and showed me a side of society that I never realized existed. I would recommend it to others to watch, it's an eye opener to reality and hope you enjoy it as much as i did! It was so intriguing i had to buy it and watch the first movie also and definitely would be getting the next one when it comes out and hopefully it is soon because I'm anxious to know what will happen next, and i don't want to buy the book to find out. If you really love drama and suspense this is the movie that can't be skipped.

"Secret Society" 1 & 2, My official review: I love this movie! It's so sentimental to me due to the storyline, which resonates with my family. The film touched a conversation people may have had or encourages other individuals to be brave and open yourself to being free to be YOU, regardless of scrutiny. You have a voice that needs to be heard and to address it with your family....right, wrong or indifferent your family really loves YOU! This film will have you sitting on the end of your couch with jaw dropping amazingly interesting drama, widespread financial SHENANIGANS, trick or treats, plenty of witty responses, hilarious, sex, lies, hate, compassion, critical thinking of your perception of a "Secret Society" lifestyles, acceptance, dilemma, betrayal, scandal, murder, fly a$$ wardrobe, new and well known music/actors from Baltimore, Philadelphia etc. Last, but not least, A HEARTFELT LOVE STORY that will have you looking for Derrek Rossi with a flashlight and asking Tina to return from the spirit! I watched this movies part 1 & 2 three times . 😂 I'm holding my breath for relief, and YOU'RE responsible for letting us know when Part 3 drops. Please HELP!@secretsocietymovie #secretsocietymovie

I have to say that I found the 2021 predecessor "Secret Society" to be a surprisingly entertaining movie, so of course I opted to sit down and watch the 2022 sequel, as I happened to have stumbled upon both movies at the same time.

First of all, it was nice that writer Miasha Coleman decided to do a direct continuation of where the first movie ended, so there was a good continuity between the two movies. However, the storyline in "Secret Society 2: Never Enough" wasn't really up to par with the storyline from the first movie. Nay, the storyline in this sequel felt like it was rushed and didn't have as much punch to it. So it was a fairly weak viewing experience, and the movie paled in comparison to the first movie.

The acting performances in "Secret Society 2: Never Enough" were a mixed bag of nuts, as some performances were quite adequate, while others were rigid, wooden and devoid of emotion.

It was nice to see some of the cast members from the first movie return to reprise their characters and roles from the first movie.

If you enjoyed the 2021 movie "Secret Society", then perhaps give "Secret Society 2: Never Enough" a viewing. It might just happen that you will find more enjoyment in the movie than I did.

My rating of director Jamal Hill's 2022 movie "Secret Society 2: Never Enough" lands on a four out of ten stars.

Enjoyed the part one and thought the part two wasn't going to be as interesting but it was definitely what the watch.. not the kind of happy ending one would expect but then such is life.

I think it was fresh and a great follow up to part 1! Well done on all sides with this one! Congrats to all involved .. It had me engaged and kept my attention the whole time. Thats not easy for me hahah.. so I def recommend to watch this follow up to the original film Secret Society! Solid cast and and well directed and performed on all fronts! There is a fresh feel with the cinematography and exteriors as well. Really just enjoyed this part 2 of the series of films. Great job! Cant wait to watch part 3 and see where this story ends up and takes us . Thought the story and friendships and relationships were solid and convincing as well.
