The 96-Hour Opera Project: Stories That Resonate

This was a blind watch but since my wife and I have season tickets to the Atlanta Opera I decided to take a chance. This is one of the better behind the scenes series on a competition as it does an amazing job of not only presenting the competition but getting into the heart of representation in the opera arts as well as trying to address the history of opera and how it must change in order to service newer audiences with more diverse stories and talent. It also takes the time to address all the people involved in the competition including the judges and the process from which the competition comes to a winner. I hope the series opens audiences' eyes and minds to the opera arts especially on how newer storytellers evolve the art.
