Substantially better than the first part, 'Rick and Morty: Samurai and Shogun (Part 2)' still keeps the epic fights of the first episode, while also managing to expand the lore and story behind characters who only get about 2 minutes of screen time. This part is just generally more ambitious than the first one, and while I won't pretend it's an underrated masterpiece, it is worth watching, and given the fact it's only about 8 minutes, there's nothing to lose by giving it a go. The Rick that this story focuses on (Rick-WTM72, instead of C-137) is pretty interesting as a character, and having him face off against or ally with ninja-based versions of characters from regular Rick and Morty is always a blast to watch. All-in-all, frankly, just give it a go, as it's free to watch on Youtube.
