I love the show, Melissa is a hoot. The current winner has been on for quite some time. I have stopped watching because she just blows everyone else away. It is just boring to see her win day after day.
The current winner has won plenty of money at this point so it is time for her to go. I love the person, place, or thing show otherwise. The questions are interesting and enjoyable. I do wish that the contestant scores were visible all the time. I sometimes wonder during the different rounds who is ahead and who is behind. Melissa is a great host. She has a great personality. Sometimes she is a little weird with the announcer, but that's ok.

I'm old and picky and also love 25 Words or Less. When I saw Melissa Peterman's new hairdo on 25 Words, I wondered ... (Viera, the host, made a comment and I chose not to believe MP's comment about why it was like that). Then I saw the new show.
It's well done. It seems odd that scores aren't kept on display but it doesn't bother me.
Jamie is a hoot. Melissa is quick-witted (as is Jamie :) ). I play along with it. It's funny, well done, some jokes are over my head (so what). But why do winners only get $5k on this show - it's fox entertainment and I don't think they've been hit with any political lawsuits) so why the drop in dough?

Why, Why, WHY the bird noises? Honestly, Sometimes I have to change channels because it is so distracting, annoying, and just plain STUPID. Who thought of that and for what purpose? Please, stop.
Please know, this is my FIRST EVER review on a show. I like the show otherwise bit I can't watch it anymore. I cannot STAND the bird. There is ZERO value added... it is all negative and has pretty much driven my family away from watching. WHY? I have NEVER seen a show that has a random little animal constantly interrupting. Completely irrelevant. I hope someone rethinks this ridiculousness so we can watch. Until then. We'll be tuning into a show that is bird free.

Person, Place, or Thing is a game you play when you are trapped in the car for hours on end in the hottest part of the summer with your irritated parents and your crotchety siblings who want to be in the exact spot you are occupying because it's on the shady side of the car. It's 20 Questions, people. It's not a show to present on TV. It's a questionably talented host giving vague clues to a trio of trapped contestants who can only escape if they lose. I saw an episode where the champion had won three times and was desperately trying to leave. She was rescued by this hapless guy who realized, too late, that he had been trapped.
Don't waste your time, but if you happen across an episode, make sure your curtains are pulled down, all of your doors and windows are locked, and, preferably, that no one is home in your neighborhood.

Love the show and love Melissa , but the announcer has got to go. His sense of humor and comments are just awful. It's like, is that supposed to be funny? It would be much better if he would just read what they won. He just doesn't make any sense. Sorry I feel that way. Does anyone else think he's not funny? If you do please let me know. I have been watching this show from the first episode. I really like Melissa as the host and she probably can do the announcing also. I don't know if he makes it up as he goes along or if someone tells him what to say, but most of the time it doesn't make any sense.
