Lachine

The film is semi-biographical in nature. With much of the story mirroring the director's personal life, both in the arts and in love. Even the making of the film "Lachine" reflects the director's personal struggle at attempting to make a traditional romance with traditional values within an extreme left leaning film industry that is at odds with everything that he believes in. With the actual film finally being financed by an old friend in Alan Pao, who despite industry trends, believed in the director's message and ideals and agreed to finance it in support of the free spirit of cinema.
