Promethea: French Horror/SF/Mystery series. An amnesiac teen girl suddenly appears and is struck by a car but seems to have no injuries, She also has memories/visions of the lives of local teen girls who have died recently, especially of one who was murdered. She displays abnormal strength when attacked. This is a teen drama in parts, bullying, jealousy, relationships but also involves adult themes. A police procedural which morphs into horror and you're unlikely to guess the exact nature of the grisliness until it creeps up on you. But then you're ahead of the police!. Some disturbing and violent scenes with a few plot twists and surprises. Directed by Christophe Campos from a Screenplay by Nicolas Jean, Claire Kanny, Fabien Adda and Solenn Le Priol. Six episodes on Channel 4 online. 8/10.
