First of all am sorry for the Mista what am tying here...sorry for only the my spelling mistakes...
Bcoz I want to tell the truth of this content.. may be I missed some good content earlier but now this time I won't.. people who comes her to see the genre of this move like comedy or drama pls didn't go with it.. just take your own time like after completing all your work and keep your problems aside and come relax then start spend some good time with your family and especially with your kinds... show the true love of your usual emotions definitely it will gives tears...sorry your happiness of the true/ reality of the love....
This film made my cry for 2 hours, actually i dont every weep for love sentiments but this movie made me. It was really emotinally connecting and touching , and i am really heartfelt and so down after watching this movie. This is a multi genre movie, at first u wont get the feeling what i have said but at the end definitely. A surprise package at the end . Pasupathy and rohini omg they r god of acting, every scene is performed with concern. All others did their role to the best. The story was humourous at first heart felt at the end. U may feel a bit dragged at the start but surely u wont disappointed. Just watch this movie without any expectations. A special kudos to the director, an amazing writting. Brought my memoirs together. Please do watch it available in amazon prime.
Before I get into the review.. I watched the trailer, sometime back, and found it quite interesting..it also brought back memories of my grand mother wearing these.. but then I forgot about the movie until my mum said she was watching it.. so that made me look it up on OTT
Now, the movie's plot about a (pair of) thandatti missing from a dead woman's corpse, a cop getting involved in this and the development is perhaps a neat one-liner. I actually enjoyed the movie but somehow was not very convinced with the story telling. No offence to the the director / producer, applaud them for the subject, the story, the intricacies but definitely could have been a tighter, gripping presentation.
The cast did a fantastic job. Literally everyone. They delivered their roles to a T. Not just the main cast but the extras also. The music and background score was good but could be better.
End of the day, a good movie to watch (but would have stayed in memory if the treatment was better).

The story is merely simple, the making of the film is also simple,, rustic, as it is, yet very interesting to follow. In fact, the rustic atmosphere and picturing of the people and surroundings make this work live and natural.
It's just that unfortunately, there are a number of tucked-in conflicts that aren't resolved until the end of the film, thus making the audience wonder: Really? Is that it? How come it's over? What about their problem with finding the earrings and the stealer? What about the people who eloped because of the advise of the dead Granny?.
But above all, the plot suspense is good, it really makes you curious. The director is good and successful in organizing and directing the players to follow the storyline, the jokes are "crazy" natural in the style of "Srimulat" or "Ludruk Suroboyoan" (Srimulat and Ludruk are traditional comedy show from Jawa and Surabaya, Indonesia).
Good for you, film-maker team ! Greeting from Indonesia.

Overall, the movie was intriguing pre-climax; then after the climax, it became dull. Later towards the end, it picked back the pace
DELICIOUS
-Ram Sangaiah gave us a good understanding of the characters and the story. Subramani was an unconventional police officer who was not afraid to harm criminals and go the extra mile to help those in need
-Vivek Prasanna was unrecognizable😅 He was drunk, dirty, silly, unreasonable, and really irritating. He nailed his role
-Many thanks to Mahesh, the cinematographer, for enhancing the storytelling with the camera movements. The lens was as curious as we were to reveal the close-ups we wanted to see
-Thandatti was a moving tale that exposed man's cruelty, hypocrisy, and generosity
BLAND
---After the earrings went missing, the investigation simply rotated around the same information.
It became a bit redundant as the dialogues were weak and not really amusing
Additionally, there was a man who claimed that Thangaponnu helped his daughter elope, but that segment never got followed through
-Some parts were not credible, e.g. Thangaponnu is able to grab and hold on to her earrings despite the immense pain she endured.
There was a person who was rescued even though that couldn't have logically happened under the circumstances...
