Anwar Says: Signing the DNR( Do not Resuscitate) for the spouse on death bed is not only rattling but tough as well. But National Award Winning director Gajendra Ahire's Hindi debut is definitely not at par with the debut film of Anupam Kher Saraansh of the same genre.
The pace of the movie is too slow. The emotional outbreaks and fragility of old age fights with love and belongings of companion and quest for money travel from property selling, begging from daughter, crowd funding and pre-payment of life insurance policy. In between the tortures of Corporate Hospitals and their doctors are also told. Ranveer Shourey cameo as a sufferer was quite disturbing. Found Mahima Chaudhary in Hindi cinema after a long time and she is good in her role. Anu Kapur is as usual brilliant.
Anupam Kher is visible in almost every frame but except at 2-3 places, is hardly able to put his impeccable impact. Watch only if you are Mr. Kher's fan.

What a movie! Reality is hard to digest. Movies like these show the reality of life, and the ups and down in life .What a performance by our versatile actor Anupam sir. It reminds me of Saaransh but we can't compare as both have different significance. Saaransh is about a fight for a son whereas Signature is about the fight for your better half. Again great acting, great performance, great direction, great storyline. This is what is good cinema where actors like Anupam Kher create magic with their sheer talent .Ranveer
sir's role is short but impactful. Mahima Chaudhary's acting is awesome and Annu kapoor is always the best .

Adaption of 2013 Marathi Film Anumati, Signature & Anumati both film directed by Gajendra Ahire.
After watching Signature, I watched Anumati, a National Award winning film with classic performance by Vikram Gokhley.
The director has picturized frame by frame of Anumati with minor alterations & additions.
Signature is a Slow Pace Narrative through heartfelt storytelling of human relationships, financial and emotional challenges faced by families during medical emergencies, importance of medical insurance, inflated hospital bills, with strong performances by artists.
Its also explored how middle class family's children are facing problems to keep their parents healthy and also fulfilling their own family needs in a limited earnings.
Father son relationship sometimes reminds Baghban.
As per concern of picturization, authenticity is more in Anumati.
Vikram Gokhley was more natural in Anumati than Anupam Kher in Signature. But no doubt, both the artist performed meticulously with their best.
This film touches you deep inside, shakes you, brings tears to your eyes.
There are some flaws in making and picturization.
But content matters.

This movie shows so deep meaning of life when one becomes old. It shows why insurance and money is required at the end of age/life. This movie hitting on heart straight and giving every heartache one can has.. A must watch. Life is all about living and caring about your parents and children. But in the end - the matters most is money you have in your account. That is the only reason remains why one asks you in life and takes care of you. You dont have money, insurance.or property - no one gonna ask you for. Never give your property to anyone until you die. That matters alot in life. Ranveer Shorey's small role is full of life.

- QuizAnupam Kher is certainly one of the brilliant actors of Indian Cinema. The most important aspect is Mr. Kher's versatility and the perfection with which he enacts every character. The Movie Signature 2024 is very touching one. This provides larger platform to Anupam Kher and the veteran actor has made excellent performance. However, this is not the only film where Kher has brilliantly performed the role of a helpless father. His portrayal of such characters has a grand legacy.
