Failed suspense
A pair of Pure Taboo stories aim at mystery and suspense, but the only thrills resulting are gonzo XXX sex content.
Title segment is very poorly done, not credible and mainly pointless. A couple (Nicole Doshi and an unidentified NonSex guy) arrive at what looks like somebody's home, but it's called a resort in the script. Nobody's there to check them in and they encounter another couple (Tommy Pistol and an unidentified NonSex actress) in the same predicament.
Arbitrarily the end up with the no-namers going to search together, leaving Tommy to hump Nicole in his usual boring fashion. Supposed twist "scary" ending falls flat.
Other vignette is titled "Returned", simply a case of Josh Lewis showing up at MILF Reagan Foxx's door claiming to be the reincarnation of her late husband. Yeah, right, but Reagan falls for it because Josh knows so much about the late gentleman. They f*ck and the ending, again an attempted "plot twist", is 100% lame.
Both segments were directed by Ricky Greenwood, but neither one utilized an interesting or effective script.
