I couldn't get through this film. Sometimes you can tell from the first minute whether a film will be any good. The problem with using loads of good quality stock library videos during the opening monologue is that it makes the shoddy cinematography that follows look even shoddier. And why would you get someone to do a Morgan Freeman impression for the opening speech? It's not Shawshank! Have some imagination!
What happened to the person in charge of the sound mix? Sometimes you can't hear what's being said. Similarly, with the lighting you sometimes can't see what's being filmed.
The "banter" between the cast was without wit and the conversations were dull time-fillers. There was zero tension and the subplots were had as much foundation as soggy wafer biscuits. Oh, and simply name-dropping films you like does not mean you are worthy of copying them. For Christ's sake, if you've never studied screenwriting, get someone who has to write the screenplay!
Most of the actors did what they could with what they were given. But why, when there's a crew of mixed nationalities, does anyone need to fake an accent?? Either play your own nationality or hire someone who can play an American convincingly...such as an American.
Don't waste your time.
