I honestly didn't expect this reboot to be this good. I read the manga and I was excited but worried they might mess with what made the original so special. But they didn't just respect the old series - they elevated it.
The animation is sharp and powerful, especially during the fights. The choreography is nuts, with all the signature moves looking better than ever. You can really feel the impact in every hit, and it keeps you glued to the screen. It's clear the animators care about the source material.
The story stays loyal to the manga, especially the Perfect Origin arc. It's full of emotion, pride, and real stakes. The Seigi Choujin are portrayed as true heroes, and the villains are actually threatening, not just there to lose. There's also a great sense of growth-Kinnikuman himself feels more mature, while still being the goofy, loveable underdog we all remember.
The voice acting is top-tier, and the soundtrack pumps you up during key moments. Ramenman and Warsman especially got their moments to shine fan favorites done right.
Only reason it's not a full 10 is because a couple episodes have some pacing issues-mostly a little too much talking before the action kicks in. But overall? This is a fantastic return for a classic series.
