Compelling tale

A short but excellent, convincing story of a mature, in his fifties, blue collar guy who suffers of gambling addiction, despite his wife's attention to help him. This a social plot, very close to what happens in many families; the cast is flawless, even with unknown actors - if they are actors - and this story gripping. The wife character steals the show for me, more than the man. The scheme of a natural born loser condemned to spoil not only his own life but his wife's too. A short gem not to miss.
